Doc Holliday Bottled in Bond is a wheated bourbon from Scissortail Distillery in Moore, Oklahoma, produced by the World Whiskey Society. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750ml bottle.
The mashbill is 51% corn, 36% wheat and 13% malted barley, distilled in a single season and aged for at least four years in bonded warehouses.
The nose offers raspberry jam, sweet cherry, tangerine and tropical fruit, with honey, caramel and a little clove beneath. The palate moves to cinnamon caramel apple pie with a velvety texture, and the finish brings toasted oak, nuts and cinnamon apple.
