Debt Collector is an American style corn whisky from Doghouse Distillery in London. The mash is mostly corn with barley and rye, fermented with a Kentucky bourbon yeast.
It is matured for 3 years in new American oak and reduced to 50% ABV for bottling, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is crisp cherry, caramel and light vanilla. On the palate the texture is mouth-filling, with rich vanilla oak and caramel.
