Domaine Montrose Mont Rose Rosé 2024 IGP Pays d'Oc (1.5L)

This is a dry-styled rosé from Domaine Montrose in the Pays d'Oc, bottled as a 1.5 litre magnum. It is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault, each vinified separately. The grapes have a short skin maceration to give a pale rosé colour, then the must ferments cool, at 15-18°C, in stainless steel. After blending, the wine rests on its fine lees for about three months in the same tanks. The nose shows raspberry, strawberry and a delicate hint of peach. The palate is light and harmonious, balancing fruit sweetness with freshness, and it finishes with fresh, exotic spice.
