Futura 36 is an aged grappa from Domenis, presented in a 50cl bottle. It has a warm amber colour with golden reflections and a complex but measured character.
The nose brings dried fruit, vanilla, light caramel, spice and dark chocolate, with toasted notes and a light balsamic hint. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with well-integrated warmth, balanced structure and a long, clean finish.
It suits the end of a meal, especially with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and is best served in small glasses at a moderate temperature.
