An aged grappa from Domenis with a sober, rich aromatic profile. Wood has softened the original fresh tones, leaving dried fruit, vanilla and light spice. The palate is soft and enveloping, with well-integrated warmth and a silky texture. It finishes with bitter cocoa, toasted almond and a hint of sweet tobacco. Serve at room temperature as a digestif with dark chocolate, dry pastries and aged cheeses.
