Don Amado Tobala & Bicuishe is a Mexican mezcal bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is an ensamble, made from two wild-growing agave varieties, Tobala and Bicuishe, and distilled in clay pots, which the makers say gives the aromas extra depth.
The character is earthy and smoky, with floral touches and a hint of tropical fruit sweetness. It is strong but soft in the finish.
