Don Julio Blanco Tequila (75cl, 38%)

Don Julio Blanco is an unaged tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, bottled at 38% in a 75cl bottle. It is made from handpicked blue Weber agave and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills, then bottled straight after distillation to keep the natural sweetness and brightness of the agave. The nose is crisp, with freshly cut agave, citrus zest, black pepper, lime and herbal notes. The palate is light-bodied and silky, with sweet cooked agave, grapefruit, mint and a gentle peppery kick. The finish is clean and short, with agave and citrus lingering.
