Doorly's 14 Year Old is a Barbados rum distilled at Foursquare Distillery in Saint Philip using pot and column stills. It matured for 14 years in a mix of ex-bourbon casks and Madeira casks from Portugal. It has notes of fresh apples, exotic fruits and toffee. The nose shows intense sweetness with exotic fruits, fresh apples and toffee. The palate is full-bodied and complex with tropical fruits, cocoa, vanilla, caramel, molasses and oak. The finish is long and intense with fruit and cocoa.
