Rock Island Tequila Cask Edition is a Scotch blended malt from Douglas Laing, in a 70cl bottle at 48% abv. It is made from single malts distilled on islands including Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney, all finished in ex-Tequila casks.
The nose offers citrus, bonfire smoke and a creamy crème brûlée note. The palate is viscous, with crisp apple, caramel and intense vanilla balanced by peated malt. The finish is long, with brown sugar and toasted oak.
