Timorous Beastie is a small batch blended malt from Douglas Laing, the independent, family-owned Scotch whisky blender and bottler founded in 1948 by Fred Douglas Laing. It marries aged, selected Highland malts, among them whisky distilled at Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Glengoyne. The bottling is non-coloured and non-chill-filtered. It is described as subtle yet sweet, with a distinctly oaky flavour, hints of milky cereals and a late note of meringue.
