Dràm Mòr Tullibardine 7 Year Old is a single-cask Highland single malt from Tullibardine Distillery, independently bottled by Dràm Mòr. It was distilled in 2015 and matured for seven years in oak, then finished in a first-fill Bourbon barrel, Cask #140.
It was released in 2022 at 56% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 263 bottles.
The nose is delicate, with vanilla, fresh oak, orange blossom and creamy cereal. The palate is rich and syrupy, with vanilla, ginger biscuits and a touch of freshly cut hay. The finish is long and warming, with white pepper, ginger, vanilla, barley sugar and seasoned oak.
