Drumshanbo Single Pot Irish Whiskey

Drumshanbo Single Pot Irish Whiskey is a single batch whiskey, triple distilled at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. The mash combines malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley and Irish Barra oats. The un-malted barley gives a silky mouthfeel, and together with the oats it brings creaminess and spice to the finish. Maturation was in Oloroso sherry and Kentucky bourbon casks.
