Dry Fly Cask Strength Wheat Whiskey is a Washington wheat whiskey bottled undiluted at 60% ABV, or 120 proof, in Spokane. It is non-chill filtered.
The whiskey is made from 100% Washington soft white wheat, fermented for six days and double distilled in a Christian Carl pot-column hybrid still. It then spends three years in new American oak with a number 3 char.
The tasting notes describe concentrated wheat character, buttery and rich in vanilla, with caramel and baking spice. Added water brings out honey, toasted grain and oak.
