Dry Fly – Triticale Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Dry Fly Triticale Whiskey is an American straight whiskey made entirely from triticale, a hybrid of wheat and rye. It is aged for three years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels and bottled at 45% in Spokane, Washington, in a 750ml bottle. The grain comes from the same family farm that supplies Dry Fly's wheat. Dry Fly bills it as the only straight triticale whiskey in the world. The nose offers vanilla, caramel and baking spice. On the palate, peppery rye spice comes first with soft wheat roundness underneath, and oak and caramel run through the finish.
