Dry Fly Port Barrel Finish is a wheat whiskey made in Spokane, Washington from 100% Washington soft white wheat. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
The whiskey is twice distilled and aged for three years in new American oak, then finished in Port barrels from Townshend Cellar in the Columbia Valley, which previously held the winery's Huckleberry Port.
It is described as having port-driven dark fruit, with black cherry, fig and blackberry over a base of vanilla and caramel. The finish is long, with dried fruit, oak spice and a soft berry sweetness.
