Dry Fly – Washington Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Dry Fly Washington Whiskey is a straight wheat whiskey from Spokane, Washington, made from 100% soft white wheat grown by farmers in Eastern Washington. It was the first whiskey the distillery made. The grain is fermented for six days and double-distilled on site in a pot-column hybrid still. The whiskey is then aged for a minimum of three years in new American oak barrels with a number 3 char. It is bottled at 45% in a 75cl bottle. It is described as rich amber in colour, with a creamy texture and toasted grain and spice.
