Dry Fly Straight Triticale Whiskey is an American whiskey from Washington state, bottled at 45% ABV. It is made with triticale, a hybrid of wheat and rye, which sets it apart from the more usual grain recipes.
The nose has toasted grains and oak. The palate balances sweetness and spice, with caramel, vanilla and a hint of peppery warmth.
