Dry Fly – Straight Bourbon 101 (70cl, 50.5%)

Dry Fly 101 is a small-batch straight bourbon from Spokane, Washington, made entirely with local grains and aged for five years. It is bottled at 50.5%, or 101 proof, in a 70cl bottle. The nose is sweet vanilla, honey and light spices. On the palate come caramel, grain, toffee, soft pepper and fresh citrus, and the finish is long, warm and elegant.
