Dufftown – 1983 17 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Dufftown (Speyside). Aged 17 years, bottled at 43% ABV, 70cl. Matured in sherry butt.
One of the largest malt distilleries in the Diageo portfolio and primarily tasked with providing fillings for its blends. This was also the case under previous ownership and single malt bottlings are rare. Today it is one of three distilleries that contribute to The Singleton single malt brand.
