Dunville's 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt finished in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with apricots, grapefruit and toasted almonds, then green cooking apples, apple tatin and a dark fruit compote. On the palate come green apples and orchard fruit, followed by raisins, figs and stewed dates from the PX casks, over sweet malt, light marzipan sponge and candied orange. The finish is clean malt with vanilla, dried tropical fruit, clove, oak spice and PX sherry.
