E.H. Taylor 18 Year Marriage is a Kentucky straight bourbon that combines barrels from three mashbills, all matured for eighteen years. Two are rye bourbon mashbills and the third is a wheated bourbon mashbill. The range is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who is described as the founding father of the modern bourbon industry. The nose is vanilla butter cake, and the palate is rich with caramel and cinnamon. The long finish brings toasted oak, cinnamon and a hint of spearmint.
