Eagle Rare is a Kentucky straight whiskey aged for no less than ten years, here in a 70cl bottle. Each barrel is chosen to give a consistent flavour while keeping an individual personality.
The nose is complex, with toffee, a hint of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The palate is bold, dry and delicate, with candied almonds and very rich cocoa, and it finishes dry and lingering.
