East London Liquor Company Single Malt is made from 100% malted barley from Norfolk. It is fermented for 96 hours with a mix of whisky and saison yeasts, then put through double pot still distillation.
The whisky is aged in regenerated oak, new American oak and ex-bourbon casks, and comes in a 70cl bottle. Stewed apples, chocolate and oatmeal biscuits, ripe pineapple and a few Szechuan peppercorns are the flavours described.
