Edea Franciacorta DOCG Brut Blanc de Blancs Mirabella (1.5L)

A Franciacorta in magnum format with an elegant, sober profile intended for sharing. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and fine foam. The nose has delicate white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and light bread crust notes, balanced with freshness. The palate is fresh and sapid, with present but never intrusive bubbles and a balanced finish. It works as an aperitif and with fish-based starters and light dishes, while also standing up to more structured courses. Serve well chilled in wide glasses.
