An elegant sparkling wine from Mirabella, made as a Blanc de Blancs in the Franciacorta DOCG. It shows a pale straw colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose has mature citrus, white-fleshed apple, white flowers and light bread crust notes. On the palate it is lively, with creamy bubbles and a slender structure. The finish is savoury and persistent, with citrus and a light mineral note. It pairs with seafood starters, shellfish, fish-based first courses and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Serve around 6-8 C.
