Spumante Pinot Bianco Brut Nature Demetra Metodo Classico Mirabella (12.5%)

A spumante from Mirabella, made from Pinot Bianco by the metodo classico, with fine, persistent perlage and a dry Brut Nature profile. It is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers green apple, citron and white flowers, with light notes of bread crust and yeast from bottle refermentation. The palate is lively, clean and savoury, with a structure that favours freshness and salinity over sugary softness. It works as an aperitif and with raw or steamed fish, shellfish, delicate starters, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled in wide glasses and open a few minutes before serving.
