A Lowland single malt from Eden Mill in Fife, matured only in American oak ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The flavour centres on soft vanilla, orchard fruit and floral sweetness, with grassy malt and gentle spice underneath. The spirit has a clean, creamy texture, and citrus and honeyed notes stay fresh rather than overly sweet.
