Eden Mill – Single Malt 2022 Limited Release (70cl, 46.5%)

This is a single malt from Eden Mill, a young Lowland distillery, released in 2022 as part of the Art of St Andrews Collection. It is limited to 3,000 bottles. The whisky was matured in a combination of Bourbon casks, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV, unfiltered by chilling and with no added colour. It is described as sweet with a fine spiciness: sherry, apple and dried fruit alongside vanilla, roasted nuts and gentle woody spice.
