Eden Mill – St Andrews 2018 Release

Eden Mill St Andrews 2018 Release is a single malt from Eden Mill, issued as a batch of 3,200 bottles. Paul Miller, a former Molson Coors sales director, opened Eden Brewery in 2012 on the site of an old paper mill beside Seggie distillery, which the Haig family had run in the 1800s. The business was later renamed Eden Mill. It mainly produces malt whisky and keeps production to eight barrel-fillings a week.
