Eden Mill – St Andrews 2020 Release (70cl)

This is a single malt Scotch from Eden Mill in St Andrews, released in 2020 in a 70cl bottle. Only 800 bottles were produced. Eden Mill began in 2012 as Eden Brewery, opened by Paul Miller, a former Molson Coors sales director, on the site of an old paper mill beside the Seggie distillery, which the Haig family had run in the 1800s. Production at the distillery is kept to eight barrel-fillings a week.
