Eden Mill – St Andrews Single Malt First Bottling (70cl)

This is the first release from the Eden Mill distillery in St Andrews, a Lowland single malt bottled in 2018. It was the first single malt whisky distilled in St Andrews for more than 150 years. The edition is limited to 300 individually numbered bottles. The whisky was made using French and American virgin oak casks and Pedro Ximenez casks, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
