Eden Mill – St. Andrews Single Malt Whisky 2018 (70cl)

Eden Mill St. Andrews Single Malt 2018 is the first in an annual series and the first Eden Mill whisky to go on general release, in a 70cl bottle. Golden-amber in colour, it is made from a mix of golden promise and propino barley and vatted from casks the distilling team chose as some of their best 'honey' casks. The nose is delicate, with a light, straw-like character, vanilla, candied barley sugar and a hint of hazelnut. The palate is sweet and juicy, with peach and plum. A sherry influence brings a light fruitcake character and oaky vanilla, followed by delicate spice and hints of dried plum and raisin.
