A 12 year old Highland single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is a small batch drawn from a group of casks, and 2840 bottles were filled. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is red berries, delicate honey sweetness, strawberries, cherries and herbs. The palate is robust and intense yet velvety, with red fruit, dark chocolate, sweetened mocha, spice and fine tannin, joined by mineral notes and tart quince jelly. The finish is elegant, with roasted notes and fruity, dry accents.
