Caledonia is a 12-year-old Edradour single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is named after a song by Dougie MacLean, who also had a say in choosing the casks.
The whisky was matured in an Oloroso sherry cask and is chocolatey and nutty, with tones of honey.
Expect sherry, toffee and dried fruit on the nose, then chocolate, vanilla and raisins on the palate. The finish is long and sweet, with notes of coffee.
