This is an 11 year old Edradour, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023 from a Sauvignon cask, number 1001. It is bottled at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose combines stewed berry fruit with sugary malt, spicy hay and toasted oak. On the palate, sugared redcurrants and gooseberries mix with malt sweets, wine gums, freshly cut grass and oak spice. The finish is medium in length, with fruit and spice.
