This is a 7 year old single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage at a cask strength of 57.1%, in a 70cl bottle. It is the inaugural release from Edradour No. 2, the stillhouse built next to the original distillery in 2018. Edradour No. 2 works with small pot stills, worm tubs and wooden washbacks, without computerised equipment. The whisky was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. It is described as bold, spicy, fruity and chocolatey.
