Edradour – Bourbon Cask Matured 10 Year Old Cask Strength (70cl)

Edradour Bourbon Cask Matured 10 Year Old is a Scotch single malt aged for at least ten years exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks. It is a small-batch release bottled at cask strength and without chill filtration. The whisky is a soft golden colour. It shows the classic Edradour character, with vanilla, tangerine and coconut from the bourbon wood. Each bottle comes in a decanter-style bottle with the distillation and bottling dates. The nose has lemon, mint and honey. The palate is rich and full, with dry fresh oak, vanilla and coconut; water brings out fresh apple, mint and ripe redcurrants. The finish is long, with gentle spiced tangerine and soft leather.
