Elijah Craig Small Batch (47%)

Elijah Craig Small Batch is an American bourbon bottled at 47% ABV. It takes its name from the Reverend Elijah Craig, who is credited with creating bourbon in colonial America. It is a blend of no fewer than 120 casks of new oak, made from corn, rye and barley and matured in charred barrels. It won gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021 and 2022. The nose offers vanilla pod, sweet fruit and fresh mint. The palate turns to wood, spice, smoke and nutmeg, followed by a long, soft and lightly toasted finish.
