Elijah Craig – Small Batch

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a Bourbon named after Rev. Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer credited as the first distiller to age whiskey in charred oak barrels. The distillery's Master Distillers hand-select the barrels for each batch. The whiskey takes its character from Level 3 charred oak barrels. It is described as having a balance of rich flavour and full body, with warm spice and subtle smoke.
