Ethan's Sorghum Whiskey is an American whiskey made from sorghum stalks and sold in a 750ml bottle. It is made in small batches and aged in charred American oak barrels.
It is described as the first and only whisky that is kosher for Passover, with kosher supervision from Rabbi Akiva Osher Padwa. The flavour is smooth and rich.
