Evan Williams Black Label (43%)

Evan Williams Black Label is an American whiskey bottled at 43%. Its mashbill is 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye. It is aged for more than five years, which is longer than the law requires. The extra time in cask gives a richer, softer profile with more tannin and more vanilla character. The higher bottling strength also means it holds up well in cocktails.
