Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) under bonded standards, in a 1.75 litre bottle. Its mash bill is led by corn, balanced with rye and malted barley.
It is bright gold in the glass. The nose brings caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, followed on the palate by hints of citrus and black pepper. It is suited to drinking neat, over ice or in an Old Fashioned.
