Ezra Brooks 99 Proof is a bourbon from Lux Row Distillers, bottled at 49.5% ABV. The 99 in the name is the proof, which corresponds to that strength.
The nose is soft, with plenty of caramel alongside a little spice, chocolate and vanilla. On the palate there is vanilla with spice, light oak and citrus fruit, and the finish carries pepper.
