A Barolo DOCG from F.lli Seghesio, made from Nebbiolo grown in the Barolo zone. It has an intense garnet-red colour. The nose combines ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum with tobacco, leather and dark chocolate. On the palate it is elegant and well structured, with robust but silky tannins and freshness, plus red fruit, spice and wet earth. It is aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months and suits rich meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
