Fanny's Distillery – Green Monkey Single Grain Whisky (70cl)

Green Monkey is a single grain whisky from Fanny's Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery's founder, Marcus Lund, ran a real ale pub in Saltaire for 20 years before deciding to buy a distillery of his own. The nose is floral and spiced, with red fruit and wood. On the palate there is caramel, almonds and zesty citrus, followed by a vibrant, herbal finish.
