A Tasmanian single malt from Fannys Bay, matured in bourbon casks and presented in a 100ml bottle.
The distillery stands just outside Launceston in northern Tasmania. Mathew and Julie Cooper founded it, and the couple built their own pot stills and handle all of their own design work. Production each year is small, and a touch of salinity can sometimes be found in the whiskies.
