An absinthe from Distilleria Berta, labelled Favola Mia, made with a refined selection of aromatic plants led by wormwood. Slow distillation in copper stills gives a fine, persistent extraction of aromas. The nose shows fennel, anise and thyme, while the palate has an herbal freshness with a slightly spicy, balsamic finish. It can be used in classic cocktails or served as a digestif after meals.
