Molasses bitters made by Fee Brothers, combining intense blackstrap molasses with aromatic nutmeg and roasted coffee. The profile is bittersweet, with brown sugar richness, burnt molasses, zesty orange and baking spices, plus dry, roasted coffee complexity. It is intended for cocktails, with one to three dashes adding depth and warmth to rum Old Fashioneds, tiki drinks, layered cocktails and coffee-based creations. Fee Brothers has been family-owned since 1864, and the bitters are vegan and gluten-free.
