Fernet-Branca is an Italian amaro from Fratelli Branca Distillerie, made with 27 different herbs and spices taken from four continents. It is dark brown in the glass, with an orange cast.
The aroma is of fresh peppermint, very distinctive. On the palate a strong wave of menthol arrives first, and the finish is drying, with a bitter herbal note.
