Fettercairn 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% abv. The distillery was founded in the eastern Highlands in 1825, and its whiskies are known for a light, mild style. Its stills carry distinctive cooling rings, installed in the 1950s.
Amber in colour, it has a nose of vanilla and pear with gentle spice. The palate shows fresh nectarine and tropical fruit, light toasted notes, clove and ginger. The finish recalls black toffee.
